1. Cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed visit by contacting us as soon as possible at service@fastesthandyman.com or +1 (323) 439-8053.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice before a scheduled visit may be subject to a cancellation fee if we have reserved crew time or purchased materials for your job.
2. Refunds
Refunds are considered when we cancel a visit, fail to perform agreed scope through our fault, or when required by law. Refunds are not automatic for change of mind after work has started.
We do not require upfront payment for typical jobs. If a deposit was collected for a special order (stated in your quote), refund eligibility depends on whether materials were ordered or labor was scheduled exclusively for your project.
3. Right of withdrawal (where applicable)
For consumers in jurisdictions that grant a statutory cooling-off period for distance contracts, withdrawal rights may apply only to contracts that qualify under local law. Custom on-site labor and services performed at your property often fall outside standard withdrawal periods once work has begun with your agreement.
Contact us promptly if you believe a statutory withdrawal right applies to your booking.
4. Service quality concerns
If you are unsatisfied with completed work, notify us within 7 days with photos and a description. We will review in good faith and may offer touch-ups, partial credit, or other remedies at our discretion.
