1. Scheduling and arrival
We aim to arrive within the confirmed window. Traffic, prior jobs, or emergencies may cause delays; we will notify you when possible.
2. Performance standards
Work is performed in a professional manner consistent with industry practice for residential handyman and painting projects. Color, sheen, and finish samples should be approved before application when applicable.
3. Materials
Unless otherwise agreed, customer may supply materials or we may purchase them with reimbursement or inclusion in the quote. Material costs are non-refundable once opened or custom-tinted.
4. Completion and acceptance
A job is considered complete when agreed scope is finished or when you accept completion. Punch-list items documented at walkthrough will be scheduled separately.
Unless your quote says otherwise, payment is due upon completion of the work — after you review the finished job, not before we start.
5. Payment timing (Work First, Pay After)
This section implements our "Work First, Pay After" policy. You receive a clear quote with agreed price before work begins. Approving that quote or booking a visit does not require payment in advance. When the agreed work is done, we collect payment for the quoted amount using the method stated in your quote or invoice (for example, card, check, or other agreed option).
6. Limited workmanship warranty
We may offer a limited workmanship warranty on specific tasks as stated in your quote (e.g., 30 days on labor for non-paint repairs). Paint warranty follows manufacturer guidelines. Warranty does not cover normal wear, customer damage, or underlying structural issues.
7. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, utility outages, or government orders.
